We stayed in a great deluxe quadruple room with a kitchen, with an excellent location close to the trolley, attractions, restaurants, and the lake.

The location was particularly good and stunning, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a premier winery. Took a walk around city center, located within a close distance from the hotel.

This place is quite clean and located in a lovely building close to the mountains and the town center, with rooms featuring kitchens, in a beautiful and magnificent location near everything.

We loved the spacious and clean motel room, as well as the heated pool and BBQ grills. The motel was conveniently located near the lake and on the trolley line, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, the guest kitchen was well-stocked and always clean, which was a great convenience for us during our stay.

The beds were too hard for our liking, and the pillows were on the flatter side. We also noticed some cleanliness issues in the room, such as old spilled cheerios under the sink and bugs coming out of the heater.

Make sure to stay in a double room with a kitchen, the location is exceptionally nice and close to everything.

The room and private bathroom are spotless and well-maintained, with all the necessary facilities; the location is perfect and beautiful, not far from all the attractions and mountains, and easily accessible by trolley.

This place was great because it was located close to downtown and was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do.

The staff at Brookside was incredibly helpful, allowing us to check in early and quickly setting up the TV. The cleaning service was excellent, with everyday cleaning and well-maintained grounds. The parking lot had plenty of parking spaces, which was a relief. Our cabin, although a bit dated, was immaculately clean. Compared to a previous stay on the main strip, we paid less and got a much better experience. The pool was a good size and well-maintained, and it was a convenient drive to town.

Felt so comfortable and at home during our stay that there's really no reason to complain.

The rooms were clean and charming, with beautiful brook views. The staff was kind and accommodating. The community kitchen was a great addition, with a porch and twinkle lights at night. The grounds were decorated with hand-painted rocks.

The location is great, right in the heart of downtown close to all the attractions and restaurants and just a 5-minute drive from the lake.

The safety measures in the motel were lacking, with flimsy doorknobs and weak locks. The bedspreads were old and thin, and the room could use an upgrade.
